An offline game for families
This policy describes Zippy Rush 1.1.1 and later versions with the same behavior on iOS and Android. It is a general-audience game that includes children. No account or connection is required to play. There are no ads, purchases, tracking, analytics or online leaderboards. LAKE VALLEY LLC does not receive gameplay or device identifiers from the game.
Data that stays on your device
Your best score, stars, top 20 completed flights and preferences are stored locally. We do not ask for names, dates of birth, email addresses, location, photos, microphone or contacts. The adult-task answer is used only on that screen: it is not saved or transmitted.
Children and adult actions
Children can play and view local scores without registering. Sharing results or opening external links requires a fresh adult task each time. Cancelling, entering an incorrect answer or leaving the app does not authorize the action. This control does not collect identity or provide legal age verification or consent to collect data.
Sharing results
After the adult task, the system menu offers a score image, a summary and a game link. The adult chooses the receiving app and recipient. Zippy has no automatic posts, chat or public profiles. The receiving app processes shared content under its own policy. On Android, the image is temporarily stored in the app cache.
Deleting data
Deleting the app removes its local progress; Android also allows clearing app storage in Settings. Apple manages device backups separately. This version does not create accounts or store gameplay on our servers. Updating removes local identifiers used by previous online leaderboards, but does not delete scores already held by Apple or Google.
Support and contact
LAKE VALLEY LLC is responsible for the game and this policy. An adult can email games@lakevalley.us for help or to request access to or deletion of support correspondence. We receive the email address and information the adult chooses to include; we use it to respond and retain it only as needed to handle the request or meet legal obligations. Do not send personal information about a child, passwords or sensitive information.
Website and system services
This website has no advertising, analytics scripts or forms. Its hosting provider processes ordinary connection information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect pages. Links in the game open after an adult task. Apple and Google separately manage their stores and optional operating-system diagnostics under their own policies.
Earlier versions
Android 1.1 integrated Google Play Games, including service authentication, diagnostics and analytics. iOS 1.1 builds that included Game Center could submit scores after connecting an account. These integrations are absent in 1.1.1. To delete historical service data, use Game Center or Play Games settings and the privacy controls of the relevant account. iOS 1.0 did not include online leaderboards.
Changes
We will update this policy if the game behavior changes. The installed version is shown in the app information.
